Step 1: Find out the name and type of your terminal - usually this is on the faceplate in the top right corner or on the back of the system.

There are some exceptions to the rule and dispensations can be granted on an individual basis. Version 5.1 software will be removed from the network in 1st June 2011 although because of the issues with regards to some chipcard acceptance we are looking to upgrade those customers on 5.1 as soon as possible.
