How to Check Terminal Software Versions

If you are wondering what your software version your terminal is or you are looking at purchasing a new terminal then follow the step by step instructions below or contact us on 0800 484 238  for direct assistance - our dedicated staff can tell you which terminal software version you are running and assist you in arranging an upgrade should you need to.

Step 1: Find out the name and type of your terminal - usually this is on the faceplate in the top right corner or on the back of the system.

Step 2: Download the approved-terminals.pdf file  for instructions on how to determine the software version running in your terminal.

Thanks to Paymark for providing the list.
